1. Information we collect
We collect your name, birth details, report answers, email or phone number, and a payment reference for each order.
2. How we use information
Information is used to calculate and deliver your report, to provide support, to confirm payment, and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
3. Palm photos
A palm photo is sent securely for line detection. Astro Mira keeps the detected line points and report results, not the original palm photo.
4. Service providers and advertising platforms
Payment providers may include Razorpay, Cashfree and PayGlocal. We use Meta Pixel and the Conversions API together with Google Ads. Google Signals is enabled on the India storefront for advertising measurement.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit. Records connected to a paid order are retained for the period required for accounting and dispute handling.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use local storage to keep your in-progress reading on this browser and cookies for measurement where you allow it.
7. Your choices
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your information by writing to readings@tarotbymira.com. Advertising measurement can be turned off from the privacy choices control.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
9. Policy updates
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it on the storefront.
